7G One® EnzMix is a POCT brick specially designed for "Dropper PCR", which can be easily set up a qPCR reaction with the Self-Collection Tube and 7G One® PP Mix bricks. During the use process, it does not rely on professional personnel,pipettes and any instruments. This product is a freeze-dried mixture of the hot-start PCR polymerase, UNG enzyme, reverse transcriptas,RNase inhibitor,dA/G/C/T/UTP,Mg2+, and lyophilized excipients in the 0.2 mL 8-Strips qPCR tube.

        All-In-One: Contains all enzymes used for qPCR &RT qPCR.

        Room-Temperature Stable : The performance of the freeze-dried mixture remains unchanged during storing and shipping.

        Avoid contamination：The crossed contamination caused by PCR product can be removed by dUTP/UNG.    

        InhibitorTolerant: Direct qPCR with extraction-free can be successfully performed.

1. Cut open the 8-strips tubes and caps of  the 7G One® EnzMix  according to the required quantity.

2. Remove the transparent cap of the dropper bottle with the template  and drop 1 drop into the tubes.

3. Remove the transparent  cap of the dropper bottle with the 7G One® PP Mix and drop 1 drop  into the tubes.

4. Please cover the test tube cap and lightly flick the tube wall. Fully mix and place it in the qPCR cycler.

        7G1-81 contains 4 bags ,and 7G1-E81-36 contains 36 bags. Each bag contains 1 of 8-Strips tube with  freeze-dried mixture ,  1 of 8-Strips  caps and 1 pack of drier.The  freeze-dried mixture contains  the hot-start PCR polymerase, UNG enzyme, reverse transcriptas,RNase inhibitor,dA/G/C/T/UTP,Mg2+, and lyophilized excipients.

         Stored at 2-8°C for 2 years. Stable at room temperature for 1 month in shipment.It is not recommended to use moisture absorbing tube.   After opening, the remaining tubes should still be sealed in -20°C
