【Description】

    TOROIVD^® 5G Reaction Mix is a POCT brick specially designed for "Dropper PCR", which can be easily set up a qPCR reaction with the Self-Collection Tube and Gene Test Tube bricks. During the use process, it does not rely on professional personnel，pipettes and any instruments . This product contains the enzymes and buffers required for qPCR reactions. The Reaction Mix contains dUTP/UNG, so there is no need to worry about contamination of PCR products. This brick is compatible with all Self-Collection Tube and Gene Test Tube bricks from us, and can be purchased separately .The Reaction Mix is very stable and can be stored at room temperature for 1 months and 2 - 8℃ for 1 year.

【Usage】

 1. Fully thawed to room temperature and remove the transparent dropper cap.

 2. Drop 1 drop of reaction mix into thetest tube containing the sample.

【Storage】

  Store at 2 - 8℃ for 1 year.

【Dosage】

  Limit the use of 1 drop per test.                                      

【Notes】

1. Before use, please be sure to Fully thawed to room temperature.

2. Before dropping the mix, please ensure that 1 drop of sample has been dropped into the test tube. 

3. It is necessary to drop above the test tube in the air. Do not drop on the wall inside the tube, otherwise the volume will be too large.

4. After dropping, please cover the test tube cap and gently flick the tube wall to mix the reaction solution.

5. If using a pipette to add samples, please adhere to the wall and add 25 μ L sample and the reaction mix.
