TOROIVD®Probe 1-step RT-qPCR 5G kit 2.0 provides for sensitive, reproducible detection up to five RNA and DNA targets in a single multiplex reaction.Particularly useful for virus detection with TaqMan® probe assays, the kit includes UNG , dsDNase ,  thermostable MMLV reverse transcriptase, RNase inhibitor, TOROIVD®5G DNA polymerase and reaction buffer.  The improved enzymes also enables a high resistance to PCR inhibitors and high stability in room temperature. The 1-step system is suitable for high-throughput analysis because of its simple reaction setup. In addition, this system can reduce the risk of cross-contamination with Uracil-N-glycoslyase（UNG）and dsDNase. The kit is suitable for high-speed RT-qPCR and enables accurate detection and quantification of targets, making it possible to obtain highly reproducible and reliable realtime PCR results over a wide dynamic range.

TOROIVD® 5G DNA polymerase is an engineered Tth DNA polymerase for improved processivity,sensitivity and inhibitor tolerance through a process of directed evolution.The anti-Tth DNA polymerase antibodies was used in the enzyme solution to inhibit polymerase activity for Hot Start PCR. Like wild-type Tth DNA polymerase, The enzyme has a reverse transcriptase activity in addition to a 5’→3’ polymerase activity and a double strand specific 5’→ 3’ exonuclease activity in the presence of Mn2+ ions. Therefore, this enzyme also enables "1-step RT-qPCR" including the reverse transcription and PCR steps.The enzyme is supplied with three reaction buffers, qPCR Buffer GB , qPCR Buffer T and RT-qPCR Buffer R.  2×5G qPCR Buffer GB is specifically formulated for  high sensitivity qPCR or 1-step RT-qPCR with MMLV Reverse transcriptase, while  2×5G qPCR Buffer T is recommended when template samples are contaminated with PCR inhibitors. 2×5G RT-qPCR Buffer R is recommended for 1-step RT-qPCR in the presence of Mn2+ ions.

TOROIVD® III Reverse Transcriptase is an engineered of M-MLV (Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus) reverse transcriptase  with removed RNase H activity  to increase reaction efficiency thermal activity.  The enzyme can be used to synthesize first-strand cDNA at temperatures up to 60°C, providing increased specificity, higher yields of cDNA, and more full length product than other reverse transcriptases. It is the preferred enzyme for applications requiring full-length cDNAs and high product yields from total RNA, mRNA, rRNA, etc.

Recombinant RNase Inhibitor（Porcine）

Recombinant RNase Inhibitor is expressed in E. coli,containing a plasmid that carries the porcine RNase Inhibitor gene,and purified by affinity chromatography. This product is similar to the one from human placenta,and can be used in the same applications as RNase inhibitors derived from human placenta. This product forms a 1:1 complex with RNase A, and inhibits RNase activity noncompetitively. Because it is a protein, it differs from other competitive inhibitors (nucleotides and inorganic phosphatases) in that it can easily be removed from the reaction system by phenol extraction. However, it does not inhibit the RNase H activity of reverse transcriptase. This Inhibitor can be added directly to reaction mixtures containing RNA for cDNA synthesis，In vitro translation，In vitro transcription and Polysome isolation.
